Online Finds is operated as a service of Modern Humans AI LLC. Businesses appearing on Online Finds are subscribers to the Modern Humans AI platform. If you are a business owner interested in being listed on Online Finds, please visit modernhumans.ai for subscription information.

Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

3. Eligibility

To access or use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law

If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Content displayed on Online Finds, including business listings, articles, and descriptions, is provided by businesses through their Modern Humans AI subscriptions. This content may be created using AI-assisted technology.

You acknowledge and understand that:

• Business listings are provided by the businesses themselves or on their behalf
• Content may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence technology
• We do not independently verify the accuracy of all business information
• Business hours, services, pricing, and other details may change without notice
• You should contact businesses directly to confirm current information

AI-Generated Content Disclosure

No User-Generated Reviews

Online Finds does not currently accept user-generated reviews or ratings. All published content is created by or on behalf of listed businesses through the Modern Humans AI platform.

6. Contacting Businesses

If you contact a business through Online Finds (such as by using contact forms, phone numbers, or email addresses displayed on the Site):

• Your inquiry and contact information will be shared with the business you are contacting
• The business is solely responsible for responding to your inquiry
• We are not responsible for the business's response time, quality of service, or any transactions between you and the business
• Any agreement or transaction you enter into with a business is between you and that business

7. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, functionality, software, and proprietary technology (excluding business-provided content) are owned by Modern Humans AI LLC and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Business Content

Business listings, logos, images, and other content provided by listed businesses remain the property of those businesses or their respective owners. Display of such content on Online Finds does not transfer any ownership rights.

• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our Services for commercial purposes

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your business and its advertising

15. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Modern Humans AI LLC (DBA Online Finds) regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time without notice.
